We seem to have fallen prey to the misconception that the mind resides in the head.  At the Centre for Purposeful Living, we strongly believe in celebrating a feeling and thinking body.  In our efforts to “embrace the totality of experience” we have incorporated traditional movement practices into what we do:

Mondays 6:30am to 7:30am

Vinyasa Influenced class with Carey Would

(Experienced Yogi and Mindfulness Practitioner)

Fee:  R120 (drop in) / R500 for 5 sessions

Classes are lead with an emphasis on Mindfulness. A slow flow and steady paced class with attention to alignment and building strength in the body. Classes are suitable for all levels of experience. While the body benefits from the physical exertion, the mind is offered the opportunity to become truly embodied and grounded in the present moment experience.

Mondays 8:00am – 9:00am
